Services for your spinning wheel
Spinning wheels can be ‘unique’ (aka shoogly!), so rather than taking payment in advance, please provide some information via our Contact page. We’ll then make arrangements with you to pop into the studio, where you can pay on the day.
Drop off and collection from Studio 14C - we can help with carrying spinning wheels up and down the stairs!
Please note, we need at least 48 hours with your wheel for these services.
Spinning Wheel MOT.
For a Spinning Wheel MOT, I will clean and lubricate your wheel, assess for any damage or missing bits and advise on repairs. Some magic can be created with a little oil, new string and beeswax.
Each wheel is different and what happens next can be negotiated, from advising on any replacement parts and where to source them to agreeing a fee to repair where possible.

New Spinning Wheel Assembly.
Bought a new spinning wheel and flummoxed by the box? I can build your wheel for you, oil the working parts and check everything is singing sweetly for its first use. Finally your wheel is carried to your car and safely strapped into the back seat for its journey home!
